I just finished my first entry for week 4 of the contest #SteemMonsters art, I was lucky to win the second week and thanks to that I got good cards, nothing legendary, but those that came out left me very satisfied. 😜✌
Among the cards that came out was - Medusa - and the reality is that I really like the beings of Greek mythology so I was planning to make Medusa for weeks and then it came out in one of the cards that was in the packages that I won of the Steem Monsters contest, so I did not hesitate to do it.
I spent about 10 hours between yesterday and today to finish this drawing but I really like the final result. Of course, I do not want to know anything else about the skin of snakes for a long time. 😋
Sometimes I think I'm a little masochistic because I like to make each of my drawings a lot of details and this takes me a lot of time and I end up with some pain in the wrists and back, with the little reward that my publications are receiving. it is more painful to spend a lot of time and not receive much, there are moments when I plan to make a drawing without so much detail but in the end I end up making them.
In the same way I must note that what I do I do because I really like it, I love spending hours and dedicate to each drawing I made your time no matter if I receive in my post 30 SBD or just 1 SBD, I feel happy because I'm doing what I like it, although being sincere the money that I earn here is necessary for my family because it is the only support we have at home.
