Hi Guys, I am an aspiring property developer and on this journey I will be establishing a Property Development company, from scratch. I’ll be showing you real case studies, based on sites that I have identified as potential development sites. I’ll be showing you development proposals that I have created for each site and if they’ll meet local authority standards and if they’ll be profitable. My posts will also be showcasing 3d Designs and site layouts that can work on the identified site. I’ll also attempt to evaluate the project cost and potential profit.
Just to be clear I’ve never started a business before, let alone a property business, I’ll be sharing the knowledge that I have from and architectural background and knowledge acquired from YouTube videos
I’ll be open to your suggestions and ideas and I will attempt to incorporate them into my designs.
So on this first post I’ll show you step 1
Identify the Site
The reason I choose this site is, that I don’t necessarily have to buy it. The site is currently owned by my family, and I will be going into a partnership deal, where they will be providing the land and I will be providing the build.
