MEDITATION: state of "THE" mind

In “THE” today's world we are so self involved, and so busy that we forget to live in the “PRESENT” day. These daily task’s of ours, generate physical and mental STRESS!!! With strain developed over time...which cause’s internal discomfort to our mind, body and Soul.

My recent engagement with different people gives me reasons to think, ponder and contemplate on some things and there by brought me to pen down this short piece.Meditation is actually the thing of the mind which help’s in achieving that harmony between the mind, body and the Soul...

There are things we do during our meditation and I will summarize them to these four actions...
  • We think
  • We contemplate
  • We devise
  • We ponder

Meditation reset’s your mind, when you engage in it, it will open your heart to better understanding of the state you are. This point leads me to say Concentration is the center focus of Meditation.
There’s no way you talk about meditation without mentioning concentration.
Concentration comes in different perspectives, it will depend on the state of mind you are in, when your carrying out meditation.
If I will say concentration can be...

  • Distractive

A man in a state of ”NEGATIVE” mind is a result of a bad or horrible situation. A plan to kill himself? But after some words of wisdom...from friends!!! The word given is different from his situation and the man kept on pondering on the word delivered in his mind will be healed and his thinking changed forever...

  • Concentration can be Productive

Are you in a business? You’ve been thinking of it’s succesion!!! Will this succeed or fail? Do you take your time to read about the success of a business minds heroes. Learn from there steps instead of pondering on your situation which can lead to total failure...on a business already spend billions of dollar on, try something different from your way of thinking and the end product will be positive...

  • It can also be Spiritual

Many religious people use this word. There are spirit attached to every thing you concentrate upon. The more you concentrate the more the spirit penetrate and the more its effects your mind. The moment you allow the focus to pierce into your mind, you don't have control over it. Your mind begins to react and pass it to the body for expression.

What you think, devise, contemplate and ponder upon can result to postive or negative result. The question is,

  • What are your thoughts?
  • What are your actions?
  • What are your behaviours?

This above question can mann you and make you. The moment you recognise your state of mind, never allow the challenge, problem, thought control you, rather control the challenge, problem, thought and you will surely succeed...
