My interpretation:
Quite an obvious quote, America's war on terror has never been an actaul process of stopping terrorism, it's been about grabbing resources. controlling the world, and in it's process has killed millions of innocent civilians and in fact bred more terrorism.
John Pilger is a tirelss war journalist who has numerous books detailing the Power grab that the elite have been doing and the false wars that it has waged in the name of capitalism. He has also fought for and documented the plight of Australian Aboriginal people, well worth checking out his documentary "Utopia".

One of my photographs (Heavily edited in HDR and Nik Colllection) taken in a military museum / graveyard Hue, Vietnam. One of the countries that has truly experienced hwo imperialist wars can devastate a country killing millions of innocent people.
The pic was taken with a wide angle lens up close to the tank to creat a forced perspective.
