Don't forget to vote for your favorite and if you'd like to nominate your own image for next week's competition, make sure to comment #nominate below.

Each Friday we will select 5 Qurites and feature their photography in our Daily Qurator post. Each Qurite featured in this post needs to comment with their photo featured in this post. The user with the most upvotes on their comment (not money value) will win a Tier 5 membership for 30 days! Only upvotes from Qurator members will count. The votes will be counted when this post reaches payout.

Want to take part in Photo Friday? NOMINATE! After you upvoted your favorite photo!

DO

Want to take part in the next Photo Friday? Sure you can! Simply comment in the comment section with #nominate.

We will then consider your account and look over your feed for any Photography related posts for the upcoming Photo Friday

DO NOT:

Post links and/or pictures of your most recent posts. We will not choose them. Why? Well, we want the nominees to also benefit from being in the Photo Friday Edition. If you give us a link now and we use it for the next issue of Photo Friday your post has most likely reached payout. That means no extra upvotes... We will select the most recent posts from your feed.

So instead, just include#nominatein your comment of this post (don't forget to vote for your favorite photo first).
We will take it from there and consider your feed for the next Photo Friday.

We hope this can spark some more interest in the photography community within Qurator. Hopefully to get more users to visit photography related blogs and appreciate your photography. Hopefully there will also be some nice rewards on your comment in this post.

We have made it easy for all participants by providing the links to their photos that they can just copy and paste into the comment section of this post to officially enter the competition!

PLEASE NOTE, ONLY THOSE FEATURED IN THIS POST MUST PASTE THE LINKS BELOW IN THE COMMENT SECTION. POSTING THE LINK IF IT IS NOT YOURS COULD RESULT IN A FLAG.

Survivor

Despite the environment that is slowly falling apart, this white daisy is growing and radiating with its simple beauty. I watched this flower throughout the last winter, I was amazed with it, how it managed to survive in weather conditions that did not suit him at all. Rain, frosts, snow, this small and seemingly insignificant flower beat them all. Yeah, natural born winner

Ahhh, look at that lonely little flower, all by itself among the dried up leaves.
It looks so delicate. So alone. Yet so beautiful with its burst of color against the drab brown hues.

From The Summer- On Landing

Photo from the archive. Photographed on an old camera in 2009. I rested at the my friend's dacha. I love watching flowers and insects there
This time I managed to catch in a frame the bee flying to a flower . Of course, it is out of focus, but I still like this photo

Oh look at how @eto-ka was able to capture that bee coming in for a landing!
GREAT shot! Hope the bee was able to find enough nectar in the flowers.

Balanced Then Goyah

In 1946, when Indonesian Citizens were still rejoicing with independence interspersed with shouts of enthusiasm and patriotism "Living Indonesia, Freedom or Death" was widely heard in the ears of the natives and former colonists even though the independent ticket had been held. But in the same year, an independent citizen named Fritz Heider from Vienna, Austria has found a theory about the balance between one individual and other individuals. I briefly describe this theory with "I like it, I'm friends and I don't like it, so I fight"

This post is all about balance; and look at the rocks @khaimi captured here. The perfect balance in nature.

I Shot A Ghost: Happy Halloween

Every year, I get hired to photograph the Historical Haunted Tour which is a fun event in Downtown Truckee where groups of performers entertain audiences at different locations around town with different "scary" stories that are very loosely based on Truckee's history. I wrote a bit more about the event in previous posts so I won't go into more detail on that

Did you say... GHOST!
Look at this image! Is it really... a ghost? GREAT job @scottshots!

Cross Spider And Its Prey

The Cross spider is very easy to recognize because of the signs on the back of it, signs which, in fact, give it its popular name. Thus, spiders have a cross formed and surrounded by several white points on their backs

@ileana56 did such a great job of zooming in, you can actually see EVERY one of the spider's webs. Look at that detail!
But I do feel a little sorry for the prey' perhaps a bee?

Good luck to all the entries! May the best photo win!

Congratulations to the winner of the 47th Photo Friday: @axeman

Prize: Tier 5 upvotes for 30 days!
