Sunday I had the special privilege to spend time with a Steemian I had only met while in a group of people on Discord. I had heard of her but did not know her personally. @Sykochica had shown up for @Shadowspub's two-year Steemit party. That night my show Pants are Optional was brought into the conversation and suggested @Sykochica and I would have a lot of fun together doing a show. Everyone was correct.

Yesterday, Sunday, Sykochica and I taped her episode of Pants are Optional. It was amazing how well we got along. I will admit that I was really not awake. I have been having troubles sleeping, for many reasons, but did not want to miss the chance to get to know her better. Thank goodness I sucked it up and went for it. I laughed so much yesterday with her that once again my cheeks still hurt today.

Below is a bit of video from the first few minutes we met. I was blown away by the beauty of the songs she did and wanted to share that with all of you.

I have learned so much by doing the Pants shows so far and wanted to thank everyone for being so supportive of the show. I have gotten to know people so much better by doing interviews with them and hoping you also come away from watching a show knowing them better too.

What I have found out talking to Steemians is we all love to laugh. We are all silly in our own way and are just looking for a place to call home. A group of exceptionally creative people I have never meet, all in one place, in my life. I am thankful for the opportunity, with this show format, to get to know and share who they are in such a fun and happy way.

Last week the money made from the first 10 episodes of Pants are Optional that were donated by people on the show saying the words Steem or Steemit was sent off to two Steemit Charities. The Charities were @Tarc, run by @rhondak and @Ropavejero, run by @Crisangel.
