Using a brush, paint the edges of the Wontons with beaten egg.

Spoon some of the popper mixture into each prepared Wonton.

Fold the Wontons into a 'pocket shape' by just folding in all four corners to the center.

Put into deep fryer. Only fry for about 2 minutes. Any longer and the corner folds may open up and create a real clean up issue. *Keep the folded corners facing up will in deep fryer.

Serve just the way they are, or dip in your favorite (hot) sauce!

AND THAT'S IT!! A delicious and easy new spin on the Jalapeno Popper appetizer!
