Grilled Squid on Pan Recipe

Ingredients

  • 500 gr squid squid, discard her bones and cut pieces
  • 1 tbsp margarine
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp sweet soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp of acid water
  • Insufficient salt
  • Ground spices :
    • 3 pieces of garlic
    • 4 pieces of red onion
    • 2 candlenuts
    • 1 tsp coriander powder
    • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder

Steps

  1. Soak the squid with spices and other spices except margarine. Add to chiller 30-60min.

  2. Heat the nonstick pan with low heat, give margarine. Add the squid and bake back and forth until cooked and the seasoning thickens.

  3. Serve with sambal and fresh vegetables according to taste.
