Today let's try it with a Bulgur Salad also called Taboulé. Very easy to prepare and also fresh and healthy!
Ingredients (for 2 servings):
- 150g bulgur
- 3 tomatoes
- 1/2 cucumber
- 5 spring onions
- 4 tbsp olive oil
- Lemon juice
- Salt
- Pepper
- Fresh parsley
Preparation:
Dash the bulgur with boiling water(better: with vegetable broth) and let it stand for about half an hour.
Cut cucumber and tomatoes into cubes and place it in a large bowl.
Add the chopped spring onions and mix it with the cooled down bulgur.
Add olive oil and lemon dress and season it with parsley, salt and pepper .
