It's Time to Curate Great Music
The Steemit Record Pool community initiative is brought to you by your local Steemit musicians and music lovers @djlethalskillz and @vandigital to provide and connect our community Steemians with a place to share and spread their favorite good music on the Blockchain.
The Steemit Record Pool has no music genre or style limitation and selections are purely based on individual curators taste and mood.
Music Curators create a new post were they can provide either an "embedded" Audio or Video file in the post along with a short description of the song in your own words.
RULES
- Every participant has to create a post with title “Steemit Record Pool” and post it to his timeline.
- Every participant has to include “recordpool” tag as primary tag and the second tag has to be “songoftheday”.
- Every participant has to upvote “Weekly Steemit Recordpool Contest” post starting this post. If you like you can resteem so the contest would reach out to more community members.
- Every participant has to respond to the “Steemit Record Pool Contest” post with a comment with a link to their best thread from the week so we can add them to list and choose the best ones.
- Participants are allowed to only submit one entry per day; more than one entry will lead to disqualifying from potentially earning the weekly rewards.
We will announce the winners every Sunday!
Please make sure to use the hashtag #recordpool You are also free to add cover art and other images provided you credit the source. Having a good overall post will increase your chances of winning weekly rewards.

We encourage the music curators and fans alike to resteem, upvote and comment on posts they like and engage in dialogue with the community on Steemit.
New Contest Update!
In efforts to thank our music curators and give back to our Steemit community we are happy to announce that Steemit Record Pool have a new Weekly Contest starting this coming Sunday the 21'st of January 2018!
The weekly 'Steemit Record Pool Roundup Contest is sponsored by the incredible Whaleshares initiative, which is helping minnows achiever fairer rewards for their content, and also helping them get that one step closer to becoming a whale.

In order to receive any of the Whaleshares, Hairshares or Beyondbits you need to have a Bitshares Account ready. you can open a free account by clicking Here
The most important thing is to have BitShares or OpenLedger account ready. It does not matter where you register as if you register on OpenLedger you are also registered on the Bitshares Exchange and vice versa.
