Its been quite some time since I have posted about my daily runs and workout. Been trying out a small challenge for myself for last few days.....will post it in a few days.
It involves doing
50 Squats
50 Pushups
50 Situps &
5 Km run
It's just an Instrument to keep myself motivated, it been just about 4 days but already feeling the changes and I am loving it. WIll keep you guys posted, the aim is to continue this for next 50 days.

This challenge is a great motivation for working out and running daily.It's highly motivating to see so many guys running and sharing their precious experiences with novice runners like me. The fitness journey itself has high associated with it and I am sure most of us here will agree that there's no way one can let go this effect after experiencing the high.
