So I discovered a brilliant challenge on Steemit platform today, Run for Steem! Here's my entry for the week with a 60%- ish effort quick run out of my village around a small trail and then back into the village.
The current focus of my running is to be able to hold a relatively stable pace for certain distances, I wanted to be around 4:30/km pace before setting out on the run but rather I focused on my effort level opposed to pace or heart-rate zones. To run at around 60% intensity at a pace of 4:23/km shows how well my running form is coming together. Bring on some Parkrun's so I can show myself what I can do at 85%!
