Showing improvement in my run
Leading into my "A" race, this is the last week of full training before I head to Las Vegas to tackle the Revel Mt Charleston Marathon.
I've been working through the "9 Mile Marathon Training Plan" which I discussed a few weeks ago, and although I was struggling to get out of bed to get this run done, my run went surprisingly well.

My training plan need me to keep my heart rate at 161 beats per minute and for this training run, I was struggling to get it to that heart rate. It was the coldest day we have had so far this year and it also rained for half of the run. I also needed to go to the bathroom(But didn't), so was really surprised that my average pace was under 4 minutes 30 per kilometre. So pretty happy with the outcome.
