I'm a bit sick since last Wednesday but that's not an excuse to avoid running. Of course, I don't push too hard. Like last week, I just did a short run to take some fresh air.

It was an easy run and I felt great during the entire training. I hope it'll help my cold to end quickly! I want to be back to a normal schedule with some hard interval trainings :D
I know that my posts are short but I don't have a lot to say about short runs like this. It's not really useful to write more with nothing to say :p
