Summary of my Running Week and #runforsteem post

Sorry guys, I did not have the time this week to post my Daily running Training...

Don't worry, I will try to be synthetic with this summary of the last 5 days:

Monday 16th: Recovery Run

Remember that the day before I run a 10K...

  • 6.8Km in total
  • Average Pace: 5'30"/km
  • Average Fc: less than 130 bpm

Tuesday 17th: Speed Endurance Intervals: 4x(2x500r40")R2'

Essentially, 4 blocs of 2 very fast intervals of 500m recovering only 40" in between. Really hard work. Below the times:

1:45,5
1'40,4"
1'38,9"
1'40,3"
1'38,6"
1'38,4"
1'38,5"
1'34,4"

Except the first interval, all the others done below 3'20"/km.

Wednesday 18th: 45' Aerobical run

  • 9.5Km in total
  • Average Fc: less than 130 bpm

Thursday 19th: Medium-length Intervals, 5x1000 R2'30"

This is the Speed "Transference" workout from Tuesday's training. The times were:

3'27,3"
3'24,7"
3'23"
3'21,2"
3"23,9"

Today: mobility+bosu+fitball+Stretching
