Yesterdays run was quite ordinary, except for the fog.
We had spent the day in a place called Upptech (page in Swedish). A place for children to discover and learn about different technical things.
After a quick lunch I started my run, heading home.
It was a nice run along the southern beach of Vättern (Swedens second largest lake). Even though I ran close to the lake it was almost impossible to even see the water because of the thick fog.

One reflection post run: I am far from last years speed. When I compare my 1k intervalls I have a speed decrease of 15%. So it's a long way back to the speed I want to have in my legs.
