Fifty/seventy runs till May: #4 2km warm-up + 3x400/800 intervals. #runforsteem #runningproject

This is my 4th post about 50/70 runs till May. The plan was 5km warm-up and 400m and 800m intervals 3 times. But when I was driving to the training other driver hit my car and didn't agree with his fault so we waited for police. It took about hour for police to arrive and fill all the accident papers so I was late to training. While my club mates were warming-up outside I only had time to run 2km warm-up inside.

As always during the club training we had 3x100m A skips, straight leg runs, butt kicks, and moving lunges.
And now is the part where I am proud of myself. Even with a light pain in my legs which became serious pain in the end I did very well. 400m in 1:22 (3:25 min/km). I don't remeber me going so fast. 800m in 3:21 (4:16 min/km). That is because coach told to do 800's slower but not too slow. Again 400m in 1:22 and 800m in 3:35 (4:28 min/km). And this is where pain started to do its own. 3rd time 400m in 1:25 (3:33 min/km) and 800m in 3:38 (4:33 min/km).

Later 15 minutes of core and stretching and trip home.
