Super pleased I qualified for the #runningproject.

The big challenge is developing a routine

Yesterday vanished and #runningproject was my number two priority today (after a job that finished at eleven thirty this morning) and I got to it at five o clock this afternoon.

It's harder than you think

... getting everything ready ... and that's before you start reading the instructions. The instructions are great, by the way, it's the translation into what they mean in three dimensions that is more ... interesting ...

But the good news is

I walked for thirty minutes and spent about forty-five minutes learning plyometrics.

The detail

Balance - rubbish (better in the Pointers exercise)
Flexibility - good
Achieved the suggested reps for most things except:

Struggled with the alphabets.
Modified the dead bugs.
Put the lunges and planks on one side for today.
