You can build out an advanced inbound marketing system, and I have set up many of these systems. Or you can pick up the phone and send a direct message, email, or call. Make a connection with someone you didnt know before and mark down +1 in your stage-1 pipeline.

A common KPI for sales is conversations started.

Harsh but true.

You might be thinking:

I'm on the phone, now what?

Honest yet unstructured marketing attempts are roughly 2/3 as strong as professional systems. If you do not have a plan, but you have a product you believe in and a market that needs it, shoot first and measure after.

But always shoot with the intent to succeed
