Hello to the entire Steemit community and a great greeting to @reonlouw in our family one of the favorite dishes from generation to generation have been the hallacas.

It is said that one of the highlights of a house is the kitchen, for being the heart of our home, in my home the head of this important department has printed LOVE to what KITCHEN.

Something that represents my country and brings me a lot of happiness is to make the hallacas and of course eat them.
The hallacas are a Venezuelan national dish that brings the Christmas joy that we all need. They are made of corn dough stuffed with chicken and beef, olives and raisins are crucial to have a perfect Hallaca. One of my favorite parts is the folded, which is made with tied banana leaves. The last step is to boil them; the preparation takes time, but it is a celebration in itself, the whole family gathers and everyone helps, bringing joy and happiness all the time ... Sometimes we make enough Hallacas to last until January, and that is a way to start the year of good taste!
An important reminder is that banana wrappers are just for cooking, they are not meant to be eaten!

Aruba, One happy Island

I am a lover, of scuba diving, of spiritual tranquility and what most provides peace of mind to my spirit is the sea and to sunbathe under the sun.

SUBMARINISMO.jpg
I dream of going to Aruba, a Caribbean island in the kingdom of the Netherlands, near to Venezuela. Aruba is famous for its shipwreck dives and night diving. Indeed, Aruba is very famous for its shipwrecks of the Second World War. After Bermuda, Aruba is the destination with the largest number of shipwrecks in the Atlantic Ocean and I, as any diver, would love to experience the magic of this sea, enjoying this paradise full of coral, fishes, etc.

When I practice diving here in Venezuela I imagine having the great opportunity to enjoy in Aruba, the magic of the marine world among the corals. Being able to embark on a catamaran and get into the sea of Aruba. There, I would love to do the tour with this three stops: the first one lets you snorkel and see a ship of World War II scuttled by its captain to avoid falling into Dutch hands; then, the catamaran goes to the coral area to appreciate the underwater fauna and flora; and finally dive in those transparent waters.

For all that I have narrated, it is for what I have always wanted to go to Aruba, the self-proclaimed Happy Island.
