Day 1[Week One of Six Week Health]-Sautéed shrimp with broccoli

A quick and easy dinner that will be ready in less than 30 minutes!


Ingredients
1/4 cup vegetable broth
2 tbsp rice vinegar
2 tbsp soy sauce reduced in sodium
2 tbsp cornstarch
1 tbsp sesame oil
1/4 tsp chili flakes
1 tbsp ginger chopped
2 cloves garlic, chopped
1 pound of peeled and washed shrimp
Salt and pepper to taste
4 cups of broccoli
½ cup chopped chives



Preparation
Combine the first 6 ingredients in a bowl and stir well.

Heat 1 tablespoon of sesame oil in a pan and add the ginger, garlic and cook for 1 minute. Add the shrimp, salt, pepper and cook for 3 minutes. Remove the shrimp and add the broccoli and the chives. Cook for 4 minutes; add the shrimp and the sauce prepared above.
