Day 2 [Week One of Six Week Health]-Banana ball with hake filet

Happy day community, my entrance to the challenge started by @healthsquared, is with a delicious dish:Banana ball with hake filet.

This recipe is very healthy, in my country it is traditional to make banana ball, we can accompany it with vegetables, meat, fish or simply alone. This time I made it with hake filet, a delicious fish.

It is possible to eat alone, being also a delicious vegetarian dish, which does not require flour or eggs for its preparation (Gluten free).

The banana contains substances such as tryptophan, which according to scientists, helps us when we are depressed, perhaps this is why its consumption is so high in Venezuela we are always among the countries with the greatest feeling of happiness.
