I know that broccoli is not the favorite vegetable of the whole world. And that many take it back, but I love it in a thousand ways. Here in the house, we easily eat like three heads a week ... These vegetables have super powers and help us a thousand things. Broccoli is one of the ones that helps us the most and has the most benefits. This salad is with raw broccoli, but you can make it with broccoli cooked or roasted.
