Today's lunch, a green smoothie, is my week One entry in the Six Week Health health Challenge!

When I discovered the Six Weeks Health Challenge hosted by @healthsquared I thought that it was definitely something I was up for. I try to be healthy, but I'm not always good at it. I can be very good in a period then bad for another. All in all I think I'm doing pretty good, but there's always room for improvement.

My lunch today was a green smoothie that apparently can help boost the immune system and improve the fat burn. Sounds wonderful to me...
Here are the ingredients:

1 Orange
1/2 Grapefruit
1 cm of Ginger
1 Banana
1/2 Avocado
1 hand full of Spinach (frozen in my case)
1 tbs of Honey (I was empty today and used brown sugar in stead)
2 Egg Whites

When blended together it ends up as a perfect green smoothie that is both healthy and tasty. The best thing, it keeps you full for a long time. I can totally recommend it!
