Home-made pate: Day 1 [Week One of Six Week Health]

Hello! Today I will give you a recipe for a delicious home-made pate. Why pate? Fast, cheap and tasty. Very good for people with low carbohydrates.

We need:

chicken liver
onion
cube of butter
salt,pepper,thyme
Add 3/4 cubes of butter to the pan and fry the onions. How to blush we throw in the liver and fry about 3-4 minutes (if not too long must be midium then pate better). Season and then blend everything into a homogeneous mass. Put in a salad bowl and pour the rest of the butter. Put in the fridge for an hour. I made the pâté for the first time and came out in the sky.
