Week Four of the Six Week Health Challenge: Chia pudding with chocolate

Hello dear community of healthy foods, it is a pleasure for me to participate in this contest that fills us with creativity, thanks to @healthsquared for the initiative. I have prepared a very easy and simple recipe, but very delicious and very healthy: Chia pudding with chocolate.

The Chia is a seed that brings many properties to our body such as omega 3, fiber, calcium, magnesium, potassium and iron.




6 tablespoons dark chocolate powder without sugar
1/2 cup of chia
2 1/2 cups almond milk
2 tablespoons of natural honey
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1/4 teaspoon of salt
Dark chocolate without sugar striped
fruit to taste, in this case we use the strawberry

1- We combine all the ingredients.

2- Let the mixture rest for 30 minutes.

3- We cover and take it to the refrigerator for 4 hours.

4- After 4 hours we remove the refrigerator and place it in a container.

5- We decorate with fruit to taste, in this case we put strawberry.
