Broccoli pizza, without protein of animal origin: Day 5 [Week one of six weeks health]

I leave this recipe for those who are looking to lose weight and / or lose fat percentage. I have prepared it several times and it is so tasty that they will not believe how healthy it is. It is also an option for diet regimens free of eggs or animal protein like vegans. With the nutritional contribution that broccoli offers them.

Ingredients:

1 large head of broccoli (2 cups approx.)
3 tablespoons of linseed (flax seed) powder, diluted in 6 tablespoons of water
1 tbsp Of olive oil
1 tbsp of ground oats
¼ tsp. of sea salt
½ tsp. of oregano
½ tsp. of basil
¼ tsp. of garlic powder
2 tbsp of tomato sauce or to taste
Onions, mushrooms, olives, cherry tomatoes ... you can use your favorite ingredients.

Preparation:

1-Preheat the oven to 220 ° C or 425 ° F.

2-Put the broccoli in a food processor and press the button about 20 times or until it looks like grains of rice. You can also use a cheese grater. The point is to have 2 cups full of broccoli the size of a rice.![]

3-In a pan heat ¼ cup of water and when it starts to boil, add the "broccoli". Then turn off the heat, cover the pan to leave the steam and let stand for 5 minutes. Once the broccoli has been steamed, squeeze it in a dish towel so that all excess water comes out.

4-In a bowl, add, (the mixture of flaxseed with water, previously resting in the fridge for 30 minutes), olive oil, oats, salt and spices. Add broccoli and mix well.

5-In a baking tray, spread the mixture to form a round circle or if you prefer two small pizzas. Bake for 10-15 minutes, or until the dough looks golden brown.

6-Remove the oven tray. Add the tomato sauce covering the pizza dough. Then decorate with your favorite ingredients. I put olives, onion slices, mushrooms and cherry tomatoes.

7-Return to bake for 5 minutes approx. or until the ingredients are hot. This pizza is super light because it does not even have cheese, but if you prefer it, you can add some cheese of your preference.
