Ingredients

Integral type cookies (5 cookies)
Homemade granola 1 and ½ cup
Greek or natural yogurt 2 cups
Strawberries 350 g
Skim milk 100 ml
Gelatin 3 sheets or 5 g of natural gelatin powder
Honey and stevia to taste.
1 tbsp coconut oil
1 tbsp of water


Preparation

  1. Place the cookies together with the teaspoon of coconut oil in the crusher and process. Add a few drops of water to make a smooth paste.

  1. Now add the granola and crush the mixture again.

  1. Separately, mix the milk with the vanilla and put it on medium heat for a couple of minutes or until it is very hot.

  1. Pour the gelatin into the hot milk mixture and dissolve completely

  1. In another container place the yogurt, stevia, honey and milk. Beat a little until you have a homogeneous mixture

  1. In a mold, place the prepared granola half (as a base). On top add the yogurt mixture and the strawberries (sliced). On top place the rest of the granola to cover.

  1. Put the mold in the freezer for about 4 hours or until the dessert is well frozen.
