Hello dear community of food and healthy sweets, I am pleased and very happy to participate in this contest, where we will be showing our creativity in these delicious preparations with healthy ingredients free of sugar and fats, providing great benefits and nutrients to our health, thanks to @healthsquared for giving us this opportunity and for an excellent initiative.
The recipe that I am going to show is very simple and easy to make, we are going to need few ingredients and it is very healthy: Banana Brownies.
The banana is a fruit whose main contribution is potassium, it also has vitamins such as A, C, B1, B2, folic acid and E. It contains minerals such as magnesium, calcium, iron, among others. This fruit does not contain fats.
This rich recipe also contains chia, this seed provides antioxidants, calcium, proteins, fatty acids and omega 3 of vegetable origin, is an excellent source of fiber.
This rich healthy dessert is made for my family and friends, they were fascinated by how rich and healthy they are. I prepare these delicious banana brownies for my snacks, contributing to my good health and additional I enjoy the divine of chocolate.
Ingredients: (7 - 8 servings):
- 1 banana (pure) (1/4 cup)
- 1 cup of almond butter
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 2 teaspoons of cocoa powder without sugar
- 2 tablespoons of honey (optional, you can try it if you require)
- Small pieces of dark chocolate to decorate
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 teaspoon of chia
- 4 tablespoons of water
- Pinch of salt
Preparation:
1- Combine or mix the chia with water for a few minutes (5 minutes approximately) this mixture to make vegan egg.
2 - Mix the almond butter, cocoa powder, baking soda, banana, honey, pinch of salt, vanilla and add the mixture of chia or vegan egg.
3- It will form a thick mass.
4- Preheat the oven to 180 degrees C.
5- Place the mixture in a small mold suitable for baking.
6- Add the dark chocolate chips on top.
Note: If you prefer you can add and teaspoon peanut butter without mixing so that it is marbled.
7- Take the oven 20 minutes at 180 degrees C or 350 degrees F.
8- Let cool and cut into pieces.
