Platano maduro relleno con carne:Day 3 [Week one of six weeks health]

Baked banana is an easy and delicious preparation, as well as beneficial, since this fruit brings many energies to the body. Ingredients for ripe banana stuffed with ground beef and cheese:
1 Mature banana
150 Grams of Ground Beef
80 grams of red pepper
80 grams of white onion
1 clove garlic
1 red tomato
1 Pinch of Comino
2 slices of mozzarella cheese
1 Tablespoon of English Sauce
1 pinch of salt
1 Pinch of Pepper
1 Tablespoon of Oil


Preparation:
1-In a tray dispose the ripe whole banana and peeled with a little oil, salt and pepper, and bake at 200 ºC for 40 minutes.


2 - Apart, in a pot with oil, sauté the onion and pepper, both ingredients finely cut, until soft. Then, add the skinless tomato and finely chopped garlic, mix everything, salt and pepper, let it cook over low heat until the tomato releases its juices.

3-Now add the ground meat, the English sauce, a pinch of cumin, salt and pepper, mix and cook over high heat until sauté the meat completely. When ready, reserve it to continue with the preparation of the ripe banana stuffed with cheese and meat.

4-When the banana is ready, open it in half and fill it with the meat. Arrange the cheese slices on top and bring the banana back to the oven until the cheese melts completely.
