Dish to take care of the health of the heart:Day 1 [Week One of Six Week Health]

My dear friends of this community, today I join the challenge initiated @healthsquared on health and diet.
Vegetarian cuisine has ingredients that can perfectly substitute meat and provide us with vitamins and minerals, such as nuts, legumes and soybeans and their derivatives.


In this publication you will learn some simple and delicious vegetarian recipes to add to your recipe collection. In addition you can learn to make two vegetarian drinks to add to your daily routine and have a healthy and full of energy.

Start the day with a glass of water with lemon. Cut a quarter of lemon and put it in a glass with eight ounces of water. Add a very small pinch of cayenne pepper powder. Lemon has a positive effect on the pH balance of your body, while cayenne has the power of detoxification.
After 20 minutes, you can enjoy a vegetarian green drink.
In a blender, combine the following ingredients:
6 to 8 ounces of pure water

4 ounces of original or unsweetened rice milk

1 tablespoon of "green drink" powder (cleanses vital organs, alkalizes the pH), there are many choices of green powdered drink in local health food stores.

1 tablespoon of liquid chlorophyll. You can also use chlorophyll with a mint flavor.

1 tablespoon of flax seed oil (contains omega 3, 6, 9 and fatty acids, which promote the well-being of the whole body) that of hemp seed oil can also be used.

1 tablespoon of pure soy lecithin grains (compatible with the brain, nerve function and energy production)

2 ounces of juice or aloe vera gel (promotes digestion and tissue function in organs)

Half an hour after the green drink, you can eat a bowl of cereal
Whatever cereals you choose, make sure the ingredient list does not include high fructose corn syrup because it represents a risk of obesity and diabetes.

Vegetarian recipes for snack
The combination of goji berries, raw chocolate tips and almonds is an antioxidant. Almonds are a healthy source of fat, ideal to give you energy.
