Recipe for stuffed chicken in mushroom sauce-Day 1 [Week One of Six Week Health]

A healthy and very appetizing recipe. Chicken meat is one of the healthiest there is. If we add to this that baking is one of the healthiest cooking techniques.

Ingredients for stuffed chicken in mushroom sauce:

4 chicken patties
200 grs of bacon
1/4 of Ham in slices
1/4 of Paisa cheese in slices
salt and marinade to taste
FOR THE SAUCE
2 cups of milk
1 tbsp butter
1 Chicken cube
a little bit of grated onion
1/2 tin of corn
1/2 can of mushrooms

Steps to follow to make this recipe:

1.-Season the chicken with salt and marinade then chop each of the steaks in half (not totally as if it were bread). After opening, place the ham and cheese, close them, and wrap them bacon, (you put some chopsticks so they do not open), then place them on a tray and put them in the oven at 270 degrees, for 30 minutes approx. or until the chicken does not boil blood.

2.-FOR THE SALSA The Bechamel sauce is made in the following way, in a pot the milk, the butter and the chicken cube are placed, when it is boiled the little bit of grated onion is added and ready it is turned off then you add the mushrooms minced and corn.

3.-When the chicken is ready, add the sauce and leave it for another 5 or 7 minutes in the oven. You can accompany it with mashed potatoes, rice or salad. Bon Appetite.
