I drew the hat in Illustrator, the train is CC Creative Commons from pixabay, and I put the whole thing together using PhotoShop.

This Steem version is what I had in mind when I first had the idea, but the Bitcoin colours worked so well with it I couldn't resist putting a Bitcoin version together.
