One of my favorite places to hike and run is Patapsco State Park in Maryland. The single digit temperatures have kept me off the trail this weekend, but I’ll share some winter pictures I took last year after a snowfall.
On the Cascade Falls Trail, the falls weren’t cascading much. I suspect that with today’s temperatures, the falls probably look a lot like the photo below.
The river wasn’t completely frozen, but it was slow moving.
The creek running under the railroad bridge was also frozen.
Think warm thoughts and spring will hopefully be here before we know it.
