Steemit Music League Challenge Week IV Entry | Ancient Civilizations Theme
Theme for the contest of this week's Steemit Music League Challenge for Week IV is to produce a song inspired by Ancient Civilizations
This topic beyond music is very dear to my heart as I am a truth seeker, all my life growing up I always been digging and studying ancient civilizations cultures, different religions and theories about various topics as I believe that there's so much knowledge that our ancestors have left for us to learn from but unfortunately it has been lost with time... a lot still to be explored, some discovered and hidden from the public by the Elite and I mean 'illuminati'... I wont dig too much into that subject as this contest is about the music....
Now To The BEAT :
In making this track i sampled several elements from historical documentaries and to spice up the theme of this week's #smlchallenge theme.
The beat approach is straight up sampling with adding minor midi 'virtual instruments' to spice the mood and fuel the energy it's energy.
As for the shoutout that you hear just before the beat drops, it's made by mah man 'Bootie Brown' of The Pharcyde, I never really used it before it's been just lying there, i found the space in this beat where it fits and finally made use of it for the first time.
