Sndbox Alpha is Coming Soon to Upvote Your Music + Art Posts for January! (Details Inside)

I know, I can hardly believe it, but there is about to be another curation trail on the block curating and upvoting music and art content around Steemit.

Sndbox-alpha is a 30k-SP-delegated account followed by a trail of 40+ Steemians at varying ranges of SP themselves. It is a formidable upvoting force that can do a lot of damage, and by damage I mean giving money to you.

How to Make Money from Sndbox-Alpha in January 2018

It is going to be simple to earn money from Sndbox-Alpha in January 2018. First off let me explain what the team is going to do:

(1) Members of the Sndbox team will search around Steemit for music posts that are below a certain reward threshold (probably around $3) and will submit them for consideration.

(2) Other members of Sndbox will review these submissions and give the best 10 of them a full power upvote from the curation trail.

(3) Ten music and/or art posts per day receive this vote, which based on today’s prices will be worth around $17 (and could be higher if there is a rebound).

This plan is subject to change but it will something in this ballpark.

Your posts could be the ones to get these $17 upvotes! You even might have the direct opportunity to submit your posts for consideration.

Sndbox Alpha is a Limited Opportunity for January 2018 Only

The trail will change “Themes” each month for for the next four months. Music only gets 10 days or so since we are starting in the latter half of January, so you will need to act promptly to take full advantage of this opportunity.

Voting starts (probably) on Monday, Jan 22nd. There will be a post before that on the weekend with more information.

The most important thing that you can do if you are interested in getting a few of those $17 upvotes that are about to rain down all over Steemit’s music and art tags is to follow the @sndbox-alpha account. That way you will definitely be able to see the posts and stay informed about this project.

Even after the music and art month of January is over, there will be more opportunities to earn upvotes in other categories. Keep that in mind too as you continue reading.

Follow the Sndbox Alpha Trail

The ultimate way to engage with the account is to follow the trail. You can earn some curation rewards while supporting high value content all around Steemit.

Here’s how you do it. Start by going to SteemAuto.

Click on the “Curation Trail” option in the lefthand bar.

Here you will see something like this except with your name and with different trail settings.

Scroll down on this page and directly below is a list of the top trails on SteemAuto. If you scroll down a bit we are (as of this writing) ranked 18th on the site. It’s the easiest way find the trail. Then click follow and you’ll start earning curation rewards!

100% voting power (or “Auto”) is recommended for accounts below 5,000 SP.

Long-Term Goal of Sndbox Alpha

This “class” of Sndbox members will only exist until June 2018. After that, we graduate and become alumni at which point we will have significantly less voting support from the @sndbox account and its related projects.

The @sndbox-alpha account will be a source of SP for us following the time that we are no longer part of @sndbox as members of the cohort.

Until then it will mostly, or hopefully exclusively (details being worked out) vote for non-sndbox content. After June 2018, some amount of the votes will be allocated to content by members of the old cohort i.e. us but we’ll continue to vote for other content around the website too.

And no matter what we will continue to maximize curation rewards by using the best upvote strategies. That means we’ll be generating the maximum possible rewards for our followers and for @sndbox-alpha’s nest egg itself.

Official Posts From @sndbox-alpha Start This Weekend

That is only a few days away so follow @sndbox-alpha and make sure that you have some good music and art content ready to submit for the last 10 days of January.
