Rules for Summoning the Sneaky Ninja

Well, I am the sworn defender protector of #thealliance!
What do I do?
You mean besides being awesome?!
I am a tool that #thealliance members can summon to boost their posts.
I'm a big help for Minnows within #thealliance.
How does it work?
Well, if you are a member you can transfer SBD to him with a link to a vote or comment you want upvoted and I will return an Sneaky Ninja Attack (upvote) worth +- double what you send.
I am not a bot, at least not yet.
I follow no one but you are welcome to follow me.
I am the brainchild of @michaeldavid.
With the help of @enginewitty I have a full backstory and persona.
I am more than just a voting tool though.
Not only can you use me for upvoting but I will post now and then about my life as a master of both shadow voting (likes and shares) and now upvoting.

Ok, so what are the rules?
- Only members of #thealliance may summon me.
- For more information about the alliance contact either @enginewitty or @thealliance
- You can transfer SBD to @sneaky-ninja
- Currently the limits that you can send me are as follows:
- $.05 to $2 (This may change in the future, pay attention to updates. I will try to let members know via wallet memo.)
- You can summon my service for either posts or comments.
- You must provide the url to either the post or comment you wish me to attack.
- To get the url for a comment go to the comments tab of whoever made the comment. Scroll till you find the comment, click it. Once it opens to the comment in question you can copy the url from the address bar at the top of your window.
- I am not a bot, I am a mortal for now. So, your Sneaky Ninja Attacks will not come immediately. They will come when I have time to send them. The most you should have to wait is one day.
- I monitor my voting power and will not vote if I am less than 80% mid day. This way I maintain my power. If your vote comes in while I am close to this expect it to be handled the following day when my power is high. I will do what I can to send all votes for the day during one time period so that maintaining power is easier to monitor.
- If you are summoning me to attack someone other than yourself please put the word "other" in the memo along with your url.
- This is very important because the message sent in my attack for someone other than you will credit you for summoning me.
- If you summon me to attack (upvote) a post or comment that has already been Sneaky Ninja Attacked, I will attack one of that persons comments on the same page by default.
- I will only attack content that adds value to the Steemit Platform. If a post/comment is obviously plagiarized, copy pasted or basically a nothing post/comment put up to solely profit from I will not attack it.
- If a post is really bad I will refund the coin you have sent me with an explanation of why and a suggestion that you can do better.
- You will get an upvote for +- double what you send. This will vary slightly as it is difficult to tell how the vote will land exactly. It will be + or _ double.
Ok, I believe that is all of the rules. Expect them to change as I learn to master my powers. I will post about changes and if it is something I find especially important I will let members know through wallet.
Now, on a different note.
As of now the power i wield comes from SP delegation.
This delegation so far has been paid for solely by @michaeldavid, my master.
After an extensive amount of math and forward thinking it has become quite obvious that his contribution alone will not be enough to sustain my power. In fact, with only what his contribution, this thing will not break even let alone grow and will only dwindle over time.
For this reason I urge all #thealliance members (and anyone who just loves my stories) to please upvote whatever you can on my Sneaky Ninja Attacks as well as on my posts (you're really going to love my stories).
Doing so should fill the gaps and allow me to maintain power and possibly even gain power as time goes.
