You corrupt the people that you give money to because you don’t teach them self-reliance; but, you teach them to depend on you.

They become objects of charity, which we avoid.

Tell a foundation what a foundation wants to hear.

It’s very corrupting to the giver. People will suck up to him.

People, when they go to a foundation, they tell a foundation what the foundation wants to hear. But, when they get the money, they do with it what they want to do. And the two are not the same.
