Hi Bonnie and all music lovers!
This is my submission post for the S.A.M.C. (Steemit Artist Music Compilation) created by @soundlegion!
I chose the song "Libre" by our band @trilumia.
This original song is a part of our album Triluminaction recorded in 2014.
I chose this one because I really love it.
The first verse is in Spanish, then in English and the last one in French.
At that time I was travelling a lot so I would express my feelings in many languages.
The song:
This music is about the desire that we all have to feel free.
But at the same time we are caught in a tumult of thoughts and feelings that creates a mental confusion and prevent us to be free.
Production:
We made the melody together with @rhavi and @uriell and then I wrote the lyrics.
We recorded it in our own home made studio (MG, Brazil) with Kall Moraes, the music producer of the album.
My father Alain Mallet participated in this song playing oud (arabic guitare).
He was in France so he recorded the oud’s track there and then sent it to us.
His friend Nicolas Boulet decided to participate too by recoring the persussions in the same way.
We can say that this song is quite international!
