Here I am again in SHARE YOUR BATTLE Weekly Challenge.

This week's theme is Fire Splinter.

.
I don't know whether sharing 2nd battle is allowed or not, as per Challenge Rules. But nevertheless I think this battle worth sharing, because there is so much to learn from it for new players. Fire against Fire, that's the way to go!!! Plus, two of the awesome rules are in play that especially favor Fire Splinter Battles: One, All monsters have +2 Armor and Second Melee attack monsters can attack from any position.

I once heard somebody saying that EXPLODING DWARF is a Serial Killer and this battle proves it true.

  • I used the my favorite card LORD ARIANTHUS, as it can take some serious beating and also reflects magic attack.

    image.pngimage.pngimage.png

  • In the 2nd position, I used the ELEMENTAL PHOENIX because it packs decent puch due to Blast ability and has decent health to sustain some attack.

    image.pngimage.png

  • On the third position came the serial killer EXPLODING DWARF. Remember, battle rules allow it to attack from any place.

    image.pngimage.pngimage.png

  • Then, I placed Furious Chicken on fourth position. Why waste a zero mana card that can do 2 melee attack?

    image.png

  • On the last position I used CERBERUS. It has big attack with healing ability so can handle Sneak attacks.

One of the coolest moment in Battle was the retaliation of enemy's CERBERUS in response to the Exploding Dwarf's attack and then retaliation of Exploding Dwarf.
LORD ARIANTHU did what it was supposed to do. And ELEMENTAL PHOENIX, EXPLODING DWARF and CERBERUS kept attacking from behind.

TIP

In battles which allow Melee Attack from all positions, try positioning a strong card in front that can take a beating and preferably have Thorns, Heal, Reflect, Void or Retaliate abilities. And if mana allows place some monsters with Sneak, Opportunity or Blast ability to clear enemy's back rows.

So, what do you think about the above battle? If you have gotten into any cool battle with Fire Splinter, do share them with me and with @splinterlands.
