First off let me say that I believe the Patriots have this game in the bag. The falcons have some powerful weapons but overall the team isn't amazing.
Both of these QBs are extremely good, obviously Tom Brady has much more post season experience. That post game experience is going to come into play during this Super Bowl. Including the fact that in his eyes he was robbed out of four games this season, he's going to play the most aggressive he ever has.
The Pats need to contain the Falcons beast of a WR Julio Jones. Sitting at 6' 3'' and 220 pounds he is one of the largest & aggressive wide receivers in the league. Depending on how JJ is playing could determine how this game is going to play out.
Running back; Lagarrette Blount is going to play a huge role in this game as well. The Falcons have extremely good pass coverage making the run & short passes the best option. LG has had an amazing season so far and I would expect to see more of him this game.
Who needs to step up their game?
Julian Edelman; WR for the Patriots needs to step his game up in this game. He had more dropped balls this season than average. Hopefully he is completely calm for the game as he was almost ejected for unsportsmanship conduct a few games ago.
