Hello everybody

Today I want to share with you one of my best exercises for back muscles.
Back muscles are the second largest group of muscles after a legs. So if you give them the attention they really deserve, it will return to you in the best possible way. Whether your goal is to burn a large number of calories, build impressive mass, improve functional strength, your holding or just remove the pain caused by a sedentary lifestyle, with proper exercise you can not go wrong.

Have you ever thought about that actually the best exercise which will in record time to build the perfect back?
I'll show you which exercises are the best for me:

1. Pull-ups

What are squats for the lower body, Pull-ups are for the upper. Besides being one of the best exercises to build the back muscles, increase muscle mass and strength development, will bring you perfect V look which all men wants.

2. Lat Machine Pulldowns

Sit by placing legs under the legs holder. Tighten your lower back and fully extend your arms. Slowly pull the bar down to the upper chest. With this move, tighten the back as much as possible.

Be careful when pulling bar down - do not do sudden movements, and do not lean your back. Back throughout the movement must remain flat and toned.

3. T-Bar Row

If you look at the training of any top bodybuilder, you will see that one of the weapons which they are trying to bring their back to perfection is rowing with T bar.

Stand over the bar with slightly bent legs and tilt torso forward at an angle of 45 degrees, keeping the back straight at all times. Grab the bar with an overhand grip. Inhale and raise the bar to the chest, exhale at the end of the movement.

4. Deadlift

Deadlift is not only the basic and best exercise for the back, but it is also one of the best exercises for strength and explosiveness which activates almost all major muscle groups. But it is a very demanding exercise that presents a huge stress to the muscles and the central nervous system, so when performing should be alert and pay attention to proper technique
performance.
