Final word

This monthly competition is for increasing people's steem power balance and as such anyone powering down can not be eligible for prize in a competition that promotes the opposite of powering down.

All winners of these prizes will have their accounts checked over the delegation period to ensure no one is powering down, any accounts powering down will have delegations removed ASAP
