The July edition of #SPUD4STEEM is not even half done when you take into account the international timeline, the support from the community makes me feel proud and happy we restarted this initiative 3 odd months ago!

So far...

• We have already had more people power up than the June edition
• In June the average % powerup per account was 42%, so far in the past 20 hours we have an average % increase per account of 105%!!
• June had a total combined power up amount of 1925SP, so far this month we have had over 6000SP already powered up!
• People writing posts saying they will powerup very shortly has gone though the roof - yee ha

Other notes....

• Its great to see Steemians coming back to Steemit to enter this competition
• lots of people are buying steem power so they can enter
• Some people have said the last couple of months made them nervous but are happily coming back to this platform now as they see the community as a drawcard :)
