Dear Steemians,
This post will sort of be an advertisement for my current company.
Althea (the national flower of Korea) was a company created back in 2015 to supply the kbeauty needs of everyone living outside of Korea. Althea currently focuses on Malaysia, Singapore, Philippines, Indonesia, Thailand, Taiwan, and the US, but anyone can purchase on the site. For the countries that I mentioned above, everything is localized from the language to the customer service, and even to the payments. For other countries, everything will be in English and the payment will also be in USD.
We wanted to create a beauty portal that utilized the cross border trading (CBT) model so that beauty enthusiasts all over the world could purchase products that were it and happening right as it was popular in Korea. All of our merchandisers source the products directly in Korea and we ship all of our parcels directly from our Korean warehouse to our customers' doorsteps!
We started in 2015 as a Korean cosmetic market, but we have evolved into so much more. We recently decreased our products from over 4,000 to currently just over 600 and people might think, "Why decrease your products?" Well, we wanted to focus all of our energy and effort into only putting up products that we have actually tested and passed our quality inspection. Because we are an online store and not a physical shop, we try to go the extra mile and make sure customers trust us as a merchant. We also implemented a 30 day 100% refund guarantee so that you can just return the products to us, whether you have used some of it or not, for a full refund.
For all of the Korean beauty lovers out there, you should definitely take a look at our site, www.althea.kr!
Also, I would love to hear any feedback regarding our site as well. Please let me know how we can make our service better for the world!
Cheers,
Chris
