Millions of vests in Steem were delegated on the 8 Aug by @Ned to 6 fellow steemains.
@htliao, @linuslee0216, @nicolemoker, @surpassinggoogle, @sweetsssj and @tumutanzi.
But with great voting power is great responsibility, and I, like everyone else on Steemit, hope this power is used wisely.
Before we even get into the data, I had a look at each of these accounts to see if anything stands out, on why @ned would delegate ALL of his power to these 6 people. What seems to be common is that they are all related to Africa or Asia. And they all seem to promote Steemit a lot.
Over the next few articles I will be analysing the voting data for the 15 days before and 15 days after for each of these lucky steemains. As this report will be fairly large I will be breaking the analysis over a number of posts. Today we will look at the voting habits of both @htliao, @linuslee0216

In total the number of votes for the same duration has increased by 136% for @htliao and a whopping 575% by @linuslee0216. Between these two, since delegation, the average posts per day are 174.
There has also been 137% increase in the number of Authors that have gained votes.
With all of this increased voting, it is good to see that both of these are wise with their voting power and have reduced the average power used on each vote from 61.75% to 11.11% for @htliao and from 91.94% all the way down to 14.5%
What is truly amazing is the wealth shared by these two. In 15 days nearly $24K has been received by authors on Steemit. We can see from the pre delegation chart, in the 15 days previous to the delegation this was just $1K.
