It's the Sunday night and I am very tired. We spent the whole day visiting a relative and my kids were having a great time playing the whole day. We came back around 8pm after stopping by at a pizza joint for dinner. It's 10.40pm now and the kids are already in bed. I am supposed to go to bed too but I can't sleep until I do some preliminary sketch for a portrait I plan to complete tomorrow. It's an important portrait and I plan to do this every year in February :)
Watercolor pencils will be my medium of choice for this piece because I want to try using a couple of flesh watercolor pencils I bought at Faber Castell boutique a couple of days ago.
I finished sketching the hair and I will continue with the rest tomorrow. I am too tired and sleepy, it's time to go off to bed. Good night, y'all!
