Is vote changing an important feature for STEEM?

I think it is, what do you think?

I think this is an important ability, because people often make snap judgments about an idea, only to revise it later in the light of new information or after they've had time to think about it for a while. Without this ability, I think users will occasionally experience "voter's remorse".
