Q: Why vote every 2.4 hours?
A: That is the exact amount of time it takes to recharge its voting power.
Q: What happens if the transfer is sent just before payout?
A: No upvote will happen in that case. The blockchain does not allow upvotes 24 hours before payout. Your bid will not be refunded.
Q: Can voting only be done on posts or can comments work as well?
A: Both posts and comments are acceptable.
Q: What happens when 2 different accounts vote on the same post?
A: Any transfers by any accounts to the same post within the same timeframe will try to stack (combine) into one bid. Please note, the bot cannot stack bids if a vote has already been cast.
Q: Why I don't get an upvote?
A: It can be for many reasons.
1. Your post are older than 6 days. Your bid will not be refunded.
2. Your Bid is less than the minimum of 0.100 SBD. Your bid will not be refunded.
3. You sent Steem instead of SBD. Your bid will not be refunded.
4. The URL must be correctly expressed in the memo alone. Malformed memos will not be refunded.
Q: Can I get a refund if I don't get an upvote?
A: Only in special cases. contact the support on the Slack channel to analyze your situation.
Q: My upvote is less than my bid!!!

Q: Where can I contact the minnowhelper support?
A: only on the Slack channel.
The problem of Comments in the posts or transfers of 0.001 SBD with Memos in the Wallet, is that they probably are not read by the operator.
Q: Can @minnowhelper be used for downvotes?
A: No.
