[Zoology] The Steemfish, a fascinating creature - Illustrated ;)

The Steemfish is a rare and amazing species of fish that lives in the swift currents of the Blockchain.

There it feeds on original contents and powerings up.

In those rapid and fresh waters the Steemfish happily flops and jumps "like a porpoise".

Sometimes, unluckly, its habitat is polluted by plagiarism, tag-abuse and SCUB (Self Comment Upvoting Bot) and that is extremely harmful for the health of the Steemfish.

As regard classification, the Steemfish belongs to the same family of the Babelfish, with which it shares feeding by contents.

The Steemfish lives in small groups, usually 3 members. But apparently each specimen is connected to the others of its species. That connection - mostly still unknown - is called decentralization.

The Steemfish is a very important element for the environment it lives in. In fact, it produces, as digestion residues, a substance with a great nutritional value that is called "crypto" and that is released in the environment. For these reasons there are many other species depending on the Steemfish for their survival. For example, the great Steemwhale needs a certain amount of crypto each day, otherwise it can go mad and turns into a Killer Orca.

Watching the Steemfish is easier in a Steemitpond: there are calmer waters that let you see the habitat of the Steemfish and the species that depend on the crypto.

The Steemfish is a relatively young species and it constitutes a real miracle of the evolution. Safeguarding this species is a must for us. Because the Steemfish is not invulnerable.
